The brief
What it had to do
Harbor Point is the dental portfolio piece. The brief: a two-dentist practice competing with polished group practices on reviews, photos, and whether a new patient can book without calling. The site had to show real openings on the homepage, answer the insurance question before it was asked, and publish fees in an industry that hides them.
What to notice: Ask the assistant 'do you take Medicaid'. It says no, clearly, and offers the membership plan. That honesty converts better than a maybe.
What we built
Every page, not a mock-up
- A hero 'next openings' card computing the next three business-day slots from the calendar, each a tap from a hold
- An insurance strip on the homepage, a full in-network list, and an assistant that tells HMO and Medicaid patients the truth up front
- An 18-row published fee table and a $349-a-year membership plan with the math shown
- Six service pages written for how patients ask: 'how many units', 'does it hurt', 'is it really free'
- An emergency page that gives knocked-out-tooth instructions before any call to action
- Provider pages with Dentist schema and a no-commission policy explained
- HIPAA-aware forms and an assistant instructed never to collect health details
Demonstration build. Harbor Point Dental is a fictional business; figures and reviews on it are illustrative. The code is production.
