The brief
What it had to do
Ridgeline is the HVAC portfolio piece. The brief we gave ourselves: a 10-truck company in Loudoun County that loses after-hours calls to franchises with bigger ad budgets. The site had to win on a phone, on cellular, at night, and it had to publish prices in a market where nobody does.
What to notice: Open any town page: Ashburn knows it was built 1995–2015 and has builder-grade systems failing at 15 years. That specificity is what ranks.
What we built
Every page, not a mock-up
- Emergency-first homepage with a fixed mobile call bar, open-now status computed from real Eastern-time hours, and a 2-hour-window promise in the hero
- Six service pages with repair price tables, a repair-or-replace rule the customer can check themselves, and FAQs
- Five service-area pages generated from data about each town's housing stock, neighborhoods, and the three calls it produces
- A scheduling page with window selection and a dispatcher-confirms-by-text flow
- An assistant that triages 'AC not cooling' through thermostat, filter, and breaker before offering a visit, and quotes real prices
- A Comfort Club maintenance page built to sell recurring revenue
- HVACBusiness, Service, Offer, and FAQ schema on every page
Demonstration build. Ridgeline Comfort is a fictional business; figures and reviews on it are illustrative. The code is production.
